Site of the first ever Triple-A mid-summer classic, the national spotlight will once again turn to Coca-Cola Field and Buffalo, NY on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 for the 25th Annual Triple-A All-Star Game, presented by The New Era Cap Company and The Buffalo News.
Daredevil Nik Wallenda has set up shop in Niagara Falls in preparation for his June 15 tightrope walk across the gorge. Wallenda, of Flying Wallenda fame, will be at the Seneca Niagara Casino where his crews have erected a 1,200-foot practice wire outside. Wallenda says he'll begin twice daily practices on it. The public can watch for free.
Wallenda is fresh off a 300-foot walk Wednesday high above Baltimore's Inner Harbor — where he lost his footing but didn't fall.
